• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the site's content or code for commercial reuse
• Use the contact form or chat widget to send spam, malicious content, or unlawful material

3. AI chat assistant

The chat widget on this site is an automated assistant that answers general questions about DevelX's services. Its responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete — they don't constitute a binding quote, professional advice, or a guarantee of any kind. The design, code, text, and branding of this website belong to DevelXunless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables from a paid client project are governed separately by that project's written agreement.

This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We aim to keep it accurate, fast, and available, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevelXis not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This doesn't affect any liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.
