1. Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write, when you submit the form on this site.
• AI chat widget: the messages you type when you use the on-site chat assistant.
• Standard server logs:our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data — IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for every website, purely for security and reliability. We don't access this for tracking or marketing purposes.

2. How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. Chat widget messages are sent to an AI provider in real time to generate a reply to your question — they are not used to train any model, build a profile of you, or for marketing. We never sell your information to anyone.

3. Third-party services we use

To run the contact form and chat widget, the information above is passed to these processors:

• Resend — delivers the contact-form email to us. Resend's privacy policy
• Google Gemini API — generates responses in the AI chat widget. Google's privacy policy
• Vercel — hosts this website. Vercel's privacy policy

4. Cookies & tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond to you and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see “Your rights” below.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, at no cost, by emailing hello@develx.dev. We'll respond within 24 hours.

7. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
