DevelX (“we”, “us”) operates develx.dev. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what's needed to respond to your enquiries and understand basic site traffic, and we never sell your data.
1. Information we collect
- Contact form — name, email, phone (optional), and your message, only if you submit the form.
- AI chat widget — the messages you send to the on-site assistant.
- Analytics— general usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type) via Google Analytics. See “Cookies & analytics” below.
- Server logs — our host, Vercel, records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability, as any web host does.
2. How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Chat messages are sent in real time to an AI provider to generate a reply — never to train a model or build a profile of you. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site traffic, not to identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies & analytics
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets a small number of cookies (such as _ga) to distinguish visitors. These cookies are not used for advertising and are not combined with other data to identify you personally. You can opt out anytime via the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser. No other tracking or advertising cookies are used on this site.
4. Third-party processors
To operate the contact form and chat widget, information is shared with:
- Resend — delivers contact-form emails. Privacy policy
- Google Gemini API — powers the chat widget. Privacy policy

- Vercel — hosting infrastructure. Privacy policy
5. Data retention & your rights
We keep contact-form messages only as long as necessary to respond to you and maintain basic business records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time, at no cost, by emailing hello@develx.dev. We respond within 24 hours.
6. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
7. Changes to this policy
Any changes to this policy will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date above.
